HTNetwork Acceptable Use Policy

These Terms of Service apply to HTN Panel, a product operated by HTNetwork.

HTN Panel is a software platform designed to help users create, manage, and run game servers on their own device or supported environment.

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using HTN Panel, you agree to these Terms of Service.

HTNetwork reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of HTN Panel following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

User Account: To access certain features on the HTN Panel website or app, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

HTN Panel Access: Your purchase or registration grants you access to HTN Panel and any features included with your selected plan or access level.

HTN Panel is software that helps users set up, manage, and run game servers on their own device or supported environment. It is not a traditional managed game hosting service.

While we aim to provide reliable access and functionality, performance, compatibility, and availability may vary depending on your hardware, operating system, internet connection, firewall, router configuration, and any third-party software, mods, plugins, or game server files you use.

We may add, remove, improve, modify, or discontinue features, supported games, integrations, or access levels at any time.

Some features may be released as beta, early access, preview, or experimental features, and may contain bugs, incomplete functionality, or compatibility issues.

24-Hour Refund Period: HTN Panel has a 24-hour refund request policy for any reason.

If you request a refund within 24 hours of your original purchase, we may revoke access to HTN Panel and issue the applicable refund.

After 24 hours from the original purchase time, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

No Refunds After 24 Hours: Refunds are not available outside of the 24-hour refund period, regardless of usage, partial use, or cancellation timing.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or repeated attempts to exploit the refund policy.

HTN Panel: HTNetwork cannot guarantee uninterrupted service but will work to resolve service interruptions caused by maintenance, bugs, infrastructure issues, or other technical problems as quickly as possible.

Third-Party and Local Environment Issues: HTNetwork is not responsible for downtime, interruptions, or issues caused by your own device, operating system, internet connection, firewall, router, ISP, antivirus software, or third-party games, mods, plugins, or software.

HTNetwork provides support through official support channels only. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party scripts, mods, plugins, custom configurations, unsupported setups, or user-side system problems. HTNetwork disclaims liability for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, HTN Panel, even if HTNetwork has been advised of such damages.

Any contact via email directly may not be read and will not be considered legitimate contact with HTNetwork unless explicitly stated otherwise by us.

You agree to use HTN Panel for lawful purposes only. Illegal, abusive, malicious, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate termination without refund. You agree to follow setup guides and documentation where provided. Issues resulting from user misconfiguration, unsupported environments, or deviation from our guides are not eligible for refunds outside of the 24-hour refund period.

If HTN Panel is sold on a recurring subscription basis, your subscription will automatically renew unless you request cancellation before the renewal date. Payment must be received before the renewal date to avoid service interruptions.

HTNetwork values your privacy and handles your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using HTN Panel, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and HTNetwork in relation to HTN Panel. Disputes arising from this agreement are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
